Friday was my sister's birthday and so today we ate cake. Every summer holiday is pretty much spent at "The Lake". It's a trailer/rv park resort in Heartland, MI. We have been doing this as a family for over 20 years and it's usually a great time. It's the closest to nature I get on a regular basis. It's also another way for us as a family to just sit around each and laugh. I usually come back each time feeling refreshed and motivated....the shopping center down the road doesn't hurt either.
